GENERAL INQUIRIES
Do you require a deposit?
M & S RTO requires 1 month's payment prior to the delivery of your unit. This payment is applied to your contract term.
When do my payments begin?
We do not begin invoicing the customer until the unit has been delivered and the customer has signed the Delivery Approval Sheet. Your payment will then be due around 30 days from the delivery date.
What if I can no longer pay for my unit?
The Rent To Own contract is a month to month agreement. You can terminate your contract at any time. Just call us and we will schedule a conventint time to retrieve the unit.
Do you report to credit agencies?
No. We give instant approval with the completion of the the lease information and the receipt of your initial payment.
Payment Options
What are my options for making monthly payments?
We have serveral convenient ways to make your monthly payment:
1. Online by E-check, Debit or Credit with the Payment Portal. A convenience fee will apply. You can also set your account up online for monthly AutoPay.
2. You can scan the QR code on your monthly invoice for a quickpay link to your account.
3. Pay your monthly payment by phone @731-595-9701.
4. Mail your check or money order to PO BOX 722, Henderson, TN 38340.
